Buyer Rules & Procedures

When & Where To Get A Bidding Number:

* You can stop in at the main office in Meridian Equipment, the week prior to the sale, to miss the line, or

* Starting at 8:00 A.M. on auction day in the trailer, located behind the  blue tent

How & When To Pay:

Your receipt will be in the trailer behind the blue tent. It should be ready about 20 minutes after your purchase.You MUST pay for your items before you can take them off Meridian Equipment premises. All items are to be paid for the day of the auction, unless you have made arrangements to pay the following week.

We accept payment by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, or debit card. Payment by credit card requires a 5% buyers' premium.

Items MUST be picked up the week following the auction. If they are not picked up AND paid for within 30 days they become the property of Meridian Equipment and will be sold for storage.

Terms Of Sale

10% Buyer's Premium on ALL Items Under $2,000.00.
* $35.00 Title Buyer's fee on ALL titled vehicles.
* Cash, bankable check, or Visa/MasterCard on the day of the sale (5% Buyer's Fee on Credit Card Purchases.

* Food is available on site.
